Augusta is in Georgia, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Augusta follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

It's been years since I had a banana split. I got a banana split bowl and it was delicious. There's a good selection to choose from and if you want to sample a flavor you can. There is some outdoor seating that potentially be in the shade depending on the angle of the sun. The location is great as well.

On Saturday July 18th my mom and I went to Brusters for some ice cream. My mom ordered a Banana Split. Instead of the ice cream that comes with the Banana Split, my mom wanted Black Walnut Ice Cream instead with extra wet walnuts. She didnβt get the chocolate topping, the strawberry topping or anything. The picture on the left looks terrible (the one they gave her). This all equaled 15.00 and her ice looks like they just threw it together. Also, the person taking the orders did not sound hospitable. She sounded like she didnβt want to be there. Not a great experience at all.

I submitted a review a few months ago about the Oreo ice cream and its inconsistencies. Since then, management reached out and wanted to make it right. I appreciate that because in todayβs time it is often what you receive is what you get. Iβm grateful for them listening to my feedback and doing something about it. My family and I still frequent Brusterβs, and our experience with Oreo filled ice cream has improved.π«ΆπΎ

Ive had brusters ice cream a few times before, but the 2 pints I purchased Monday evening tasted like sour milk. We got 2 different flavors and they both had such a terrible taste that we weren't even able to finish them *UPDATE* I called and spoke with the manager regarding the ice cream I purchased after the owner responded to my original review and asked me to contact the store. I explained what happenednand the manager took my information and said she would speak with the owners and get back to me because she could not offer me a refund. Unfortunately, I never received a follow-up or any resolution. Ironically, this is the exact reason I didn't contact the store before leaving my original review. The pickup text stated there were no refunds for online orders, so I assumed there was nothing that could be done. I only called because I was specifically asked to do so in the public response to my review. As of today, there has still been no resolution.

Brusters birthday cake ice cream is fantastic. I can't believe there's been a brusters here this whole time. The portions were good for the price and the staff was incredibly friendly and efficient with their service π
